Just returned from West Point weekend game. Drove down with Mike and Scott we had a wonderful time. The battle was broken down to 3 separate tables Hougoumont,Plancenoit and La Haye Sainte/Papelotte . Mike and I were Allies on Hougoumont Scott Prussian on Plancenoit. Needless to say the French were victorious on all three table. For our table I can say the French Players used superior tactics against us. We got tied up with trying to get our reserves on the table causing a traffic jam. We should have been more patient. I know on our table Hougoumont fell to the young guard briefly but we were able to get it back before end of game. Our down fall was the casualties we suffered a total of around 9000 troops compared to only 3000 French I haven't got the specifics on the other tables yet but I do know French Victorious on all three.
The game was played using Carnage & Glory rules http://www.carnageandgloryii.com/index.htmAs I said the battle was fought on 3 separate table with results from all entered into a single OOB at the end of games to get results.
Hougoumont
Plancenoit
La Haye Sainte/Papelotte
There were 8 player to a table and we played from 9am till around 6:30 pm. Here are my fellow Allies on Hougoumont

Battle of Kolin
Play tested my Huzzah game today. Had Mike, Leo, Scott, and Max show up. It was a major victory for the Austrians Mike & Max . They held their ground, killed a general and captured another. Tough scenario for the Prussians.
Battle of Lignitz 1214
Play tested Gordon's game at Adler hobby this past Saturday. Mike and I headed over around noon. My first time playing Hail Ceaser. Very easy rules picked it up fast. We were play testing so didn't get complete game in around 5 turns but I had much fun. Here are some pictures.

Havoc 2015
I was only able to go 1 day this year Saturday and played in a couple of games. I had fun as usual, this is a great Con for historical games. http://havoc.battlegroupboston.org/index.php. Saturday morning I played battle of New Orleans using Carnage & Glory II rules. Game was put on by Pete Lowitt.
I played on the British right flank near the swamp. We decided to attack the far left and right flanks and leave the middle alone. We put up a good fight but in the end we could not break them .We did take the redout on the left and nearly broke the line on the right but Andrew Jackson rallied his troops and we began to retire from the field. Great game here are some pictures not that great from phone.
The 2nd game I played was the battle of Katzbach. This was put on by Pete Anderson using Snappy Nappy rules.
I had the Prussian corp behind the river on the right flank. It was very tight on the battle field and due to rain which limited fire power it took a lot of maneuvering to get into position. The Russians took it to French in front of me but got it back also. But we were able to do enough damage with our gun batterys and eventually pushed them back. Good game first time using rules took me few turns to get it.
